摘　　要：介绍一起膨胀机在空分设备热状态开车过程中因发生喘振而停车的故障,故障造成转子和定子等个别部件严重损坏。对故障原因进行了分析,并介绍了所采取的相应措施。An shutdown fault caused by the surge at expander during the warm-status starting process of air separation unit is introduced. The fault led to severe damage on some components including the rotor and the stator. The cause analysis is carried out, and some corresponding measures are adopted to clear the fault.
