摘　　要：因为1#14000m3/h空分设备分子筛床层泄漏,采取空分设备停车而空压机继续运行的方式进行处理,在采取相应的安全措施后,分子筛吸附器内气体的氧含量却偏低,详细分析了氧含量偏低的原因,并提出了相应的预防措施。In order to treat the leak of molecular sieve bed in 1 #14000m3/h air separation unit, air separation unit was shut down while air compressor was kept running. However, the oxygen content in molecular sieve adsorber dropped lower than normal level after the relevant safety measures were adopted. Based on the detailed cause analysis of the low oxygen content, some corresponding precautions are proposed.
