摘 要:研究了稍为高大韧水稻籽粒灌浆期间部分生理特性的变化,探讨了其结实率较低的生理原因。结果表明:(1)稍为高大韧水稻的株高极显著高于对照的,总粒数、千粒重显著高于对照的,但结实率极显著低于对照的,单株有效穗数和穗实粒数均与对照的差异不显著;(2)在子粒灌浆前期,稍为高大韧水稻剑叶的叶绿素含量和可溶蛋白质含量比对照的高,根系活力较强,库大源足,但后期根、叶早衰。稍为高大韧水稻的茎鞘物质表观运转率(流)极显著低于对照的,后期源不足、库源不协调、流不畅是稍为高大韧水稻结实率低的主要原因。Some physiological characteristics in grain filling period of similar higher, thicker and tougher stalk rice (SHTTSR) were studied, physiological factors related to low seed-setting rate of SHTTSR were analyzed. The result showed that : (1)compared with the controls, plant height was very significantly higher, spikelets number per panicle and weight of 1000-grains were significantly more, but seed-setting rate was very significantly lower. The difference of effective panicle and filled grains number between SHTTSR and control were not significantly; (2) during early grain filling stage, the flag leaf chlorophyll contents and soluble protein contents of SHTTSR were higher than that of the control, the root activity of SHTTSR was stronger than that of the control, which attributed to its plentiful source and larger sink. But its root and leaf exhibited premature senescence during late grain filling stage. In the meanwhile, transportation rate of substance in stem and sheath of SHTTSR was very significantly lower than that of the control. The main reasons of low seedsetting rate of SHTTSR were source deficiency, inharmony of small source and large sink in late grain filling stage, substance transportation not being fluency.
