试析学术期刊数字网络化中的著作权问题

摘　　要：目前,学术期刊数字网络化中主要存在数字媒体与作者之间、数字媒体与期刊之间两方面的著作权问题。作者著作权合法转让问题已引起业界的关注,但期刊著作权在数字网络化过程中的丢失还没有引起应有的重视。期刊特色是期刊的生命,也是期刊编辑创造性劳动的结果,应当受到保护。建议网络服务者采取技术措施链接期刊各自已有的网页,使期刊有个特色展示平台。The internet copyright in the process of digitalization of academic periodical concern both authors and editors. The right transfer of authors has been favorable noticed in the domain. But journals legal right comprehensive protecting is now not an issue. Features of the academic periodical are result of editors＇work, the life of journal also. It is recommend that net serve providers should adopt technical measures to link journals own web page to make a platform for them.
