摘 要:利用共价自组装的方法,制得了L-半胱氨酸单分子层修饰金电极(Cys/Au),并研究了Cys/Au的电化学特征及Zn2+在Cys/Au上的电化学行为.以Cys/Au为工作电极,建立了一种灵敏的、选择性检测水中痕量锌离子的新方法.在Britton-Robinson(B-R,pH=7.54)缓冲液中,Zn2+在0.2V左右出现一不可逆的还原峰.峰电流与浓度在1.5×10-9mol/L~1.5×10-6mol/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,检测限可达3.5×10-10mol/L.将该法用于水样中微量Zn2+的测定,8次测量结果的相对标准偏差小于2%,回收率为97.7%~105.4%,符合痕量分析要求.A new chemically modified gold electrode was prepared by covalent self-assembled using L-cysteine as a modifier. The electrochemical characterization of L-cysteine self-assembled monolayer on gold electrode(for short Cys/Au) and the electrochemical behavior of zinc( Ⅱ ) ion in the surface of Cys/Au was investigated. A new approach was developed for sensitive and selective determination of zinc( Ⅱ ) ion in water by this modified gold electrode. In a Britton-Robinson buffer solution(B-R, pH=7.54),an irreversible reduction peak of zinc(Ⅱ) ion was observed with Cys/Au.The peak potential was 0.2 V. The reduction currents were linear for concentration of zinc(II) ion in the range of 1.5×10^-9 to 1.5×10^-6 mol/L. The detection limit was 3.5×10^-10 mol/L and the linear correlation coffcient of 0.9992. The water sample was tested 8 times, the relatively standard deviation(RSD) of which was not more than 1.7 % and the recovery rate is 97.7 %-105.4 %.
