关于加强地质勘查行业管理的几点思考

摘　　要：地质勘查行业管理是国土资源部的重要职能之一。当前地质勘查行业面临政策和市场的双重利好因素,整个行业在体制改革、经济发展、行业管理等方面取得了积极进展,但也存在改革与发展不同步、行业发展结构性矛盾突出、深化改革难以破题等突出问题。建议进一步充实完善地勘行业管理职能,整合行业要素资源,引领行业健康发展,为当前及长远的矿政管理工作奠定基础技术业务支撑。The professional management of geology and exploration is one of the important functions of the Ministry of Land and Resources.At present geology and exploration industry is faced with many favourable factors in the field of market and policy.The whole industry makes considerable headway in the respect of the system reform,economic development,professional management.But there are some problems as well: the reform and the development is not synchronous,development structure is not balanced,the reform is not deepened etc.The paper puts forward the next proposals: improve management function of geology and exploration industry,integrate key element resources,guide the industrial healthy development and lay a technical and professional foundation for the present and long-term management work of mineral resources.
