摘　　要：中小企业作为一个整体,在国民经济中具有举足轻重的作用。但作为单个的个体,由于规模制约使得中小企业在竞争中处于不利地位。本文基于笔者在出口贸易公司中的工作经历和感受,考察了小型出口贸易公司的现状,从实务角度研究了小型企业存在的问题及其原因,并就解决这些问题和这类出口贸易公司的发展提出了一些建议。As a whole, the small-sized enterprise plays a pivotal role in the national economy.But as single individual, it is on the disadvantageous position because of the scale restriction in the competition. Based on the author＇s employment experience in export company, this paper analyzes the status quo of small-sized export enterprises, empirically reviews the problem existing in small-sized export enterprises and related causes. In the end, the paper proposes some suggestions on the development of such enterprises.
