摘 要:本课题针对亚麻二粗纱纤维长度差异大,细度粗,脆硬,经棉纺流程设备加工后,纱线毛羽多等特点,制定两组浆纱方案:一是含有无机纳米助剂(浓度为5%的ZnO溶液)的纳米浆料配方;另一组是含有少量PVA的浆料配方。通过两方案中的最优配方的浆纱结果的比较,方案一中的最优配方更能够提高浆纱性能(以3mm的毛羽为例,毛羽降低率94.22%;断裂强力增强率12.63%;耐磨增强率38.46%、减伸率3.41%)。有利于提高织造效率。Short flax fiber is length inequable, thick, brittle and ragid. After spinning, many hairiness still exist. To overcome the shortcomings we designed two programmes : The first one contains the nano-sizing (the concentration of the nano-ZnO is 5%), the other one contains little PVA . Through the experiment,we had such a conclusion: the best formulation in the first programme could improve performance of yams(the hairiness reduced 94.22%, the breaking strength increased by 12.63%, the wear-resistant increased by 12.63%, the elongation decreased 3.41% ) and be benefit for waving.
