摘 要:针对越来越多的原油需要在长输管道中顺序输送的实际情况,结合国内管道的现状,对顺序输送管道中影响混油量的各种因素进行了详细的分析,并给出几种减少混油量的措施。从输送时间和混油密度两方面,介绍了顺序输送过程中检测混油界面的几种方法,如密度检测法等。详细叙述了顺序输送中计算混油量的常用方法。最后给出了混油量的计算公式,并对铁岭-康乐输油管线顺序输送过程中的混油长度进行计算。In light of the actual conditions of the increasing amount of crude oil that needs batch transportation in long-distance crude oil pipeline, in combination with the current situation of domestic pipeline, some effective factors for oil mixture in batch transportation have been analyzed and discussed in detail. Here several measures are introduced for reducing oil mixture. In view of the time spent on transportation time and of the density of the mixed oil, several methods, such as the density detection method, for detecting the batching interface arrival are introduced in batch transportation. Also, several conventional methods for calculating mixed oil quantity and batch transportation are provided in detail ; calculation formula of mixed oil quantity are given, and the length of mixed oil is calculated in the process of batch transportation in pipeline from Tieling to Kangle.
