摘 要:为了实现低温环境下管道3PE防腐层补口技术的突破,对此进行了深入研究,并做了大量试验和严密论证,研发了新型改性聚脲补口涂料、低温补口施工设备及施工工艺。该技术在国家重点工程兰州-银川输气管道工程中进行了现场应用演示。结果表明:补口施工工艺简便可行,涂层性能可靠。管道补口技术直接关系到整个管道防腐层质量,此项研究对提高低温环境管道补口施工质量及可靠性具有重要作用,填补了国内空白。In order to make a breakthrough in the technology of field-joint coating with 3-ply PE anti-corrossion coating in a low temperature environment, does an indepth research on this problem, by making a lot of experimentations and argumentations. It brings forward the modified polyurea coating, the field-joint coating equipment and the construction technology in a low temperature environment. This research has been applied in the imprtant pipeline project which runs from Lanzhou to Yinchuan. The result shows that the technology is easy to use and the capability of the field-joint coating is good enough. The pipeline field-joint coating is derectly related to the quality of the entire antisepsis coating. The technology plays an important role in imporoving the pipeline field-joint coating quality and reliability,which fills in a gap in this field of China.
