摘 要:对某油井爆炸事故进行了深入细致的调查研究,对爆炸的井口设备和井下管材残片逐一进行了分析检查。认为油井爆炸发生于油管内部,爆炸性质属于化学爆炸。爆炸原因是在油管里注入了H2O2,且关闭了所有与油管连通的阀门。H2O2在密闭的油管里分解出大量氧气和热量,并与油管内的油、气发生剧烈反应,最后发生了燃烧爆炸。对分析结论用油管实物进行了水压验证试验,对油井管化学爆炸和物理爆炸的特征用金相分析和断口微观分析方法进行了验证。It makes an investigation on explosion of one oil well, and checks and analyses one by one the explosive equipments of the mouth of a well and explosive remains of tubing and casing. It is considered that explosion occurred in tubing string,and the explosion is chemical. The explosion is due to injecting the H2O2 into tubing string and closed valve connected with it. H2O2 decomposed a great deal of O: and heat, and acutely reacts with oil and gas in closed tubing string, and as a result burning and explosion happen. The analysis and conclusion is validated through hydraulic tests and the difference between chemical and mechanical explosions is verified by metallography and fractography.
