摘  要:通过温室盆栽试验,进行了连作对甜瓜化感作用的模拟试验,结果表明,甜瓜根茬腐解物降低了甜瓜的抗性,使其在接种甜瓜枯萎病菌后,随着根茬腐解物含量的增加甜瓜长势逐渐衰退,枯萎病逐渐加重。100%重茬土壤的甜瓜株高比生茬土降低33.50%,叶面积降低76.21%,植株地上部重和地下部重分别降低139.47%和309.6%,发病率提高79.24%。Atlelopathy caused by continuous cropping of melon was tested through simulation experiments in greenhouse. The results showed that resistance of melon was reduced by its root's decaying substances. After inoculation with Fusarium oxysporum, disease of Fusarium wilt aggravated and the growth of melon declined with the content of deeaying substances increasing. Plant height, leaf area, shoot weight and root weight of 100 % melons continuous cropping was 33.50%, 76.21%, 139.47% and 309.6% less than that of first cropping melons, respectively.
