摘 要:以厌氧移动床生物膜反应器处理高浓度酸性硫酸盐废水,考察了生长因子B对体系pH缓冲能力和SO42-去除率影响。实验证明,加入生长因子后,可使进水pH值从6.80降到3.08,出水pH稳定在6.78±0.5,此pH下SO42-去除率比单一葡萄糖为碳源提高5.72倍。在半连续试验确定的体系最佳运行参数下连续运行试验,SO42-、CODCr去除率分别从85.17%、74.05%增至95.66%和88.56%,148 d负荷试验后,进水SO42-浓度从500 mg/L增加至2 876 mg/L时,出水SO42-浓度均在238.42 mg/L以下,SO42-的去除率稳定在90%以上,处理SO42-浓度最高可达3 580 mg/L。该体系在加入生长因后,可处理高浓度的酸性硫酸盐废水。Anaerobic moving bed biofilm reactor was used to deal with the high concentration sulfate acidic wastewater.The effect of growth factor-B on pH buffering capacity of the system and SO4^2- removal rate was researched.The results show that the influent pH decreased from 6.80 to 3.08 while the growth factor-B was added,the effluent pH was stabilized on 6.78±0.5 and SO4^2- removal rate was 5.72 times higher than single glucose as the carbon source without growth factor-B.Based on continuous operation test under the best operating parameters in the semi-continuous operation test,the results show that the removal rates of SO4^2- and CODCr increased from 85.17% to 95.66% and 74.05% to 88.56%,respectively.Operating the load test for 148 days,the results show that the influent SO4^2-concentration increased from 500 mg/L to 2 876 mg/L,the effluent was below 238.42mg/L,the SO4^2- removal rate was above 90%,the highest concentration of SO4^2- can be treated up to 3 580 mg/L.So the systems can treat high concentration sulfate acidic wastewater when growth factor B was added to it.
