摘  要:采用溶胶低温燃烧法和高温固相反应法制备了锶掺杂的正铌酸镧(La0.95Sr0.05NbO4)超细陶瓷粉体。应用XRD、SEM和激光粒度分析仪等对陶瓷粉体的物相、粒度和粒度分布进行了表征,同时考察了两种方法制备的粉体的烧结性能。结果表明:采用溶胶低温燃烧法制备的La0.95Sr0.05NbO4(LSNb)为粒径〈100 nm、粒度分布范围窄的超细粉体;高温固相反应法制备的粒径为0.5-1.0μm、呈球形的LSNb超细陶瓷粉体。溶胶低温燃烧法制备的粉体在1 250℃烧结10 h形成致密的陶瓷片;高温固相反应法制备的粉体在1 400℃以上烧结10 h致密。两种LSNb致密膜均具有一定的透氢作用,900℃氢渗速率分别为1.96×10^-3mL·cm^-2·min^-1和1.67×10^-3mL·cm^-2·min^-1。Ultrafine ceramic powders of Sr0.05La0.95NbO4(LSNb) were prepared by the methods of low temperature combustion sol synthesis and the solid reactions at high temperature.By using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and particle size analyzer,the phase,particle size and distribution of sizes for LSNb were analyzed;meanwhile,sintering properties of powders prepared by the two methods were also investigated.The results indicate that the powders prepared by the method of combustion at low temperature are smaller than 100 nm in diameter with a narrow size distribution,while the powders obtained by the solid reactions range from 0.5 μm to 1.0 μm in diameter,with near globular shape.The former powder can be sintered in air at 1 250℃ for 10 h,into dense ceramic pellets,while the latter powder can be sintered into dense ceramic up 1 400℃ for 10 h.In addition,both LSNb thin ceramic films exhibit some hydrogen permeation properties,and hydrogen permeation rates through both LSNb thin dense ceramic films at 900℃ are about 1.96×10^-3 mL·cm^-2·min^-1and 1.67×10^-3 mL·cm^-2·min^-1,respectively.
