胰岛素泵联合持续动态血糖监测系统治疗初诊2型糖尿病

摘　　要：目的探讨胰岛素泵(CSII)联合持续动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)治疗初诊2型糖尿病(T2DM)的疗效。方法56例初诊T2DM患者随机分为指血糖监测组(A组,30例)和CGMS组(B组,26例),均采用胰岛素泵治疗,比较两组疗效。结果CGMS组血糖控制较指血糖监测组所用时间短[(8.1±2.8)d vs(11.6±4.2)d,P<0.01],但两组胰岛素用量无显著性差异。结论胰岛素泵联合CGMS治疗2型糖尿病能更快、更安全地控制血糖。Objective To explore the efficiency of insulin pump combined with continuous glucose monitoring system（CGMS） in treating primary type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 56 subjects of primary diagnostic type 2 diabetes mellitus treated with insulin pump were divided into finger blood glucose monitoring group（A group,30 cases）and CGMS group（B group,20 cases）.The efficiency of two groups were observed.Results Times of controlling high blood glucose in CGMS group were shorter than finger blood glucose monitoring group [（8.1±2.8） d vs.（11.6±4.2） d,P〈0.01],but insulin dosage had no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Insulin pump combined with CGMS can control blood glucose more quickly and safely.
