摘　　要：基于在线监测、故障诊断的实际特点与需求确定了柴油机的基本监测参量,提出了数据采集系统的研发约束条件,针对这些约束条件设计了一套高速、高频、多通道、等时间间隔、同步数据采集系统。以ATmega128为核心控制,采用ADS7864来完成并行数据采集,FT232BM来实现串行通讯,满足了相应的约束要求的数据采集系统。Aimed at the demand of on-line monitoring, fault diagnosis and the actual characteristics, this paper confirmed the basic parameters of diesel monitoring, introduced the restrictive conditions of data acquisition system. According to these conditions, the paper designed the data acquisition system whose characteristic was high-speed, high-frequency, multi-channel, equal time interval, synchronized data acquisition. It took the ATmaga128 as the core, and the ADS7864 controlled the data acquisition, the FT232BM controlled the communication, which met the requirement of data acquisition.
