摘  要:介绍了一种使用电容传感器在线监测印刷机橡皮滚筒上墨层厚度并进行自动控制的方法,设计了一个由电容传感器检测为主的在线监测系统。当印刷机运转时,实时监控橡皮滚筒上的墨层厚度,并转化为印品上的墨层厚度。当超限时,系统发出警报提示,并可通过改变印刷压力改变墨层厚度,实现了印刷机墨层厚度监测的自动化。This paper proposed a method which could monitor and control the thickness of printing ink on the blanket cylinder automatically using capacitance transducer. After analyzing the work principle of capacitance transducer and the work conditions in printing machines, a monitoring system that consists of capacitance transducer unit, voltage-magnified circuit, detecting circuit and detecting circuit and so on was designed. And a developed method was put forward to watch and control the thickness of inking-up on blanket cylinder. The system will give an alarm when the thickness is over-limit automatically. The system also uses on-line monitoring method to realize the automation of change the thickness of printing ink.
