摘 要:根据容栅传感器的检测原理,应用单片机对其输出的串行信号进行处理。设计了一套以AT89C52单片机为核心的容栅传感器测距系统,该系统通过将容栅传感器输出的串行信号转换成并行信号的方法,方便地实现单片机对容栅传感器输出信号的处理。该硬件结构简单,工作可靠,有良好的测量精度和灵敏度。文中阐述了容栅传感器的输出信号与该测距系统的硬件电路构成、工作原理及软件设计方法,并提出了一些改善系统的建议和方法。According to the testing principle of capacitive sensor, single-chip microcomputer was used to process signal,which was output from capacitive sensor. A suit of capacitive sensor distance testing system based on AT89C52 single-chip microcomputer was designed to process the serial signal of output from capacitive sensor easily, through the method of transforming serial signal to parallel signal. The system has simple hardware circuit, good measuring precision and sensitivity, and can work reliably. This paper mainly described the signal of output from capacitive sensor, the system's hardware circuit, the software design method, the operating principle and some advices and methods of improving the system.
