摘 要:采用高精度固态压阻式传感器、电容变送器配以阻尼筒完成了对压力、流量的精确测试;采用高可靠性、高稳定性的振动筒压力传感器实现了压力/高度的精确测量,热敏元件选用具有高灵敏度和线性度的硅PN结BLTS101,实现了温度测量和误差补偿。运用PC104计算机技术与相关软件及二维回归曲面拟合算法,提高了测量精度,实现了检测的自动化。通过采用固态继电器,控制开关电源,实现无触点控制,性能和可靠性均得到改善,解决了控制电源与交流输入隔离的问题。The function, operating principle and the whole design scheme of synthetic detector for oxygen system were presented. The accurate detection of pressure and flux was implemented by adopting the high precision solid state piezoresistive sensor and capacitance converter illuminated with the damping cylinder. The exact measuring of pressure/altitude was also achieved by adopting the vibrating cylinder-type pressure sensor with high reliability and stability. It adopted the silicon PN junction BLTS101 with high sensitivity and linearity as the heat sensitive element and has the functions of temperature measure and error compensation. PC104 computer technique,related software and algorithm were all used to achieve automatic detection. Switch electric source was dominated by solid state relay(SSR). Consequently, AC input was isolated from control electrical source while capability and reliability were improved. Moreover, the problems that previous detectors for oxygen system don't have the functions of self-check and calibration were solved effectively by the software and related interface.
