摘  要:本实验采用了羟磷灰石多孔烧结体和EH树脂羟磷灰石复合种植材料,手术植入狗的下牙槽骨内.植入后1,2,4,8周,活体测量在植入种植材料区域颌骨表面的应变变化.实验结果显示:随着植入时间增加,所测得的颌骨应变值都相应地增加.但两组间的应变值无统计学上差异.结论是:两种种植材料与骨结合的强度随植入时间而增加,这表明,两种种植材料在种植初期表现出良好的生物力学和生物相容性.This experiment used the sintered poresed hydroxyapatite and EH type resin ?hydroxyapatite composited implanted materials. Two materials were implanted into dog's inferior alveolar bone by operation. After 1,2,4,8 weeks, the variety of strain value on the surface of inferior alveolar bone at implanted area was measured by strain gauge in vivo. The experimental result of two groups showed the time of postimplan-tation increased the strain value of mandible surface increased. But stain values had no difference between two groups in statistical-ly. The conclusion was that the strength of osteoconnection on two implanted materials were increased with the increased postim-planted time, which suggested both implanted materials had good biomechanical properties and biocompatibilities.
