摘　　要：以壁挂式空调器分体机面框产品设计与模具设计为例,详细介绍了Pro/E软件在产品设计、模具设计、零件装配模块等在复杂注射模设计过程中的使用方法和程序,同时介绍了大型空调模具大滑块及斜顶块的设计要点,希望能对复杂注射模设计有一定的指导意义。Taking product and injection mold design of the hanging air condition separating body surface frame as an example, introduced in detail the Pro/E software application in the product design, the mold design, the component assembly module and so on the complex injection mold design, simultaneously introduced design points of the big slide and angle ejector of large-scale air condition injection mold, hoped it had a certain guide function to the complex injection mold design.
