摘  要:目的:研究红毛五加总苷(TGA)对脑缺血大鼠学习记忆障碍的改善作用及机制。方法:采用夹闭双侧颈总动脉建立脑缺血模型,检测大鼠学习记忆能力及脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:脑缺血模型组大鼠Y-迷宫试实验中,正确反应次数明显低于假手术组(P<0.01);跳台实验中,错误次数和受电击时间明显高于假手术组(P<0.01);脑组织SOD活性低于假手术组(P<0.01)、MDA含量高于假手术组(P<0.01)。TGA能明显抑制脑缺血大鼠以上指标的异常改变。结论:TGA能明显改善脑缺血所致大鼠学习记忆障碍,作用机制可能与抗氧化作用有关。Objective: To investigate the intervention effect of total glucosides of Acanthopanax giraldii Harms(TGA) on learning and memory impairment and the mechanism in cerebral ischemic rats. Methods: The model of transient cerebral ischemic/reperfusion was made by bilateral occlusion of common carotid arteries in rats.Learning-memory ability was observed and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in brain tissue were measured in rats. Results: In Ymaze test the correct reaction frequency of model group was lower than normal group (P〈0.01),and in stepdown test the frequency of errors and the time of electric shock of model group was higher than normal group (P〈0.01)significantly. Activites of SOD of model group was higher than normal group (P〈0.01),and the content of MDA of model group was higher than normal group (P〈0.01) in brain tissuse.TGA could inhibits abnormal change of all these indexes above in cerebral ischemic rats. Conclusion: TGA could significantly ameliorate the learning and memory impairment of cerebral ischemic rats and its mechanism may be involved in the antioxidation.
