摘  要:目的:探讨益智宁神颗粒改善儿童注意缺陷多动障碍ADHD模型大鼠认知功能的疗效。方法:治疗组分别予益智宁神颗粒高、中、低剂量,及静灵口服液、利他林,给药1周,随即进行认知功能测试,即水迷宫测试,将各治疗组与模型组、正常对照组逃避潜伏期进行比较分析。结果:益智宁神颗粒高、中、低剂量,与静灵口服液均能明显改善模型组大鼠认知功能(P<0.05),益智宁神高剂量组显效最早,利他林虽有改善趋势,但作用尚不显著。结论:模型组大鼠的认知功能明显降低(P<0.05),中药益智宁神颗粒可以显著改善ADHD动物模型的认知功能(P<0.05)。Objective: To explore the effect Yizhiningshen Granules on recognition function of animal model with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD). Methods: The treatment groups were given the high,middle and low dosage of Yishi-ningshen granules respectively, Jingling liquid was given to control group of TCM and Ritalin to control group of Eestern medicine. Recognition function was tested by Morrris Water Maze (MWM) method. Results: In model group, the course of learning delayed and the ability of learning acquisition and memory retaining decreased obviously in MWM test. Among five treated groups, compared with the Ritalin group, the course of learning decreased and the ability of learning acquisition and memory retaining improved markedly in the TCM groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Yizhiningshen granules can obviously improve recognition function of the animal model with ADHD.
