交感型颈椎病综合治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨超短波、牵引、α受体拮抗剂、运动疗法综合治疗交感型颈椎病的近期和远期效果。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用超短波、牵引、运动治疗、α受体拮抗剂;对照组采用超短波、牵引、电脑中频、药物治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的即时疗效和6个月的复发率。结果:治疗12d后评定疗效,治疗组治愈率为65.0%,对照组治愈率为40.0%,χ2=5.01,治疗组近期疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月随访时评定,治疗组35例为治愈和显效患者,未发现复发病例;而对照组30例中于6个月内有5例复发,χ2=4.19,6个月后的复发率治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超短波、牵引、α受体拮抗剂、运动治疗综合疗法对交感型颈椎病患者有较好的近期和远期效果,适用于交感型颈椎病患者。Objective： To study the short-term and long-term effect in patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis whom were treated by uhrashortwave therapy, traction, alpha adrenoreceptor blockade and exercise therapy. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. Using uhrashortwave therapy, traction, alpha adrenoreceptor blockade and exercise therapy to treat patients in experiment group and using uhrashortwave therapy, traction, computed medium frequency electrotherapy, medicines in control group. We observed the effect at the point tiIne of post-treat and six months after treatment, and the recurrence ratio in patients six months after treatment. Results： The short-term effect in ex periment group was better than that in control group（P〈0.05）, the recurrence ratio in patients six months after treatment was obviously lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Uhrashortwave therapy, traction, alpha adrenoreceptor block- ade and exercise therapy have a excellent effect on patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis.
