摘 要:以N,N-′4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷型双马来酰亚胺(BM I)、环氧树脂(EP)、4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷(DDM)为主要原料,合成了2种以BM I为基体的耐高温胶粘剂,分析了DDM、EP用量对胶粘剂性能的影响。采用差示扫描量热、红外光谱、热重分析表征了产物的反应程度、结构和热稳定性。结果表明,2种工艺都采用mBM I∶mEP∶mDDM=1∶1∶0.85时综合性能最优,在相同的固化条件下,共熔型体系耐高温实验强度(30.07 MPa)优于预聚型体系(27.33 MPa),但耐温冲击实验强度(29.83 MPa)不如后者(31.58 MPa)。Two BMI(bismaleimides)-based heat-resistant adhesives were prepared with BMI, EP (epoxy resin) and DDM (4,4'-diaminodiphenyl methane) as the raw materials. The influence of amount of DDM and EP on properties of the adhesives was investigated. The reaction extent, structure and thermal stabitity of the modified resin were measured with DSC, IR and TG,respectively. The results showed that the properties was the best when the composi- tion was mBMI: mEP: :mDDM = 1: 1: 0. 85. Under the same condition,the heat-resistance of the co-melting system was better than that of the prepolyme system, but the result of temperature shock test for the co-melting syetem was worse than the latter.
