摘  要:在设计分离甲苯—四氯化钛的精馏化工单元中,依据设计任务,通过使用图解法计算理论板软件,计算精馏所用的理论板数;运用KG—TOWER浮阀塔校核软件,对现用浮阀塔进行塔负荷等参数的校核;采用等板数较大的高效规整填料与精馏塔水力学计算软件,来计算填料塔的塔径;通过对浮阀塔和填料塔的计算数据进行评价,得出结论认为选用填料塔设计优于浮阀塔设计。In design of rectifying unit to separate toluene - titanium tetrachloride, according to design projects, the theoretical plates of rectifying tower were calculated by the software with graphical calculation of theoretical plate. The tower load parameters in now running float valve tower were checked by the KG - TOWER float valve tower checking softwarel. The packing - tower all- ameter was calculated by high - effeieney structured packings and hydraulic calculation softwocre. The evaluation through caleulating data of valve - tower and packing - tower was carried out, The result showed that packing - tower design is better than float valve tower.
