超声引导下经皮肝穿刺胆道引流在梗阻性黄疸中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下经皮肝穿刺胆道引流（PTCD）在梗阻性黄疸中的临床应用价值。方法在超声引导下对19例梗阻性黄疸患者行PTCD。结果PTCD术1次成功18例，2次成功1例，总成功率100％，未出现出血、胆漏等并发症。结论超声引导下PTCD是治疗梗阻性黄疸的有效方法。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the percutaneous transhepatic cholangiogTaphic drainage （PTCD） guided by ultrasound for treatment of obstructive jaundice. Methods Nineteen patients with biliary obstruction underwent PTCD guided by ultrasound. Results First attempt of PTCD guided by ultrasound succeed in eighteen patients, with second attempt succession in one patient. Overall successful rate was 100%. No complications such as bleeding and bile peritonitis oceured. Conclusion PTCD guided by ultrasound is an efficient technique to treat patients with biliary obstruction that is difficult to be cured by operation or not suitable for firststage operation.
