摘　　要：称量过程的动态特性使得采用传统的粗精给料方式难以达到满意的效果。本文中首先分析称量中动态偏差出现的原因以及在若干轮称量后的表现规律,基于动态修正和二阶预估相结合的方法探讨如何消除动态偏差对称量提前量的影响,最终给出自动称量进行改进的方法。Because of the dynamic effect of the weighing process, the results are often unsatisfactory via the traditional coarse-fire control. The main causes of the dynamic error occurred in the weighing process are analysed, and an improved method based on dynamic correction and second-order prediction is proposed to reduce the influence on the data of preact.
