摘　　要：企业社会资本是反映企业内外部社会关系特征的一种资源。它可以使企业在内外部的社会关系网络获得"合作租金"和"位置",为企业带来竞争优势。文章通过模糊综合评价法对企业社会资本核心竞争力进行评价,说明企业社会资本确实能给企业带来竞争优势。Enterprises＇ social capital is a resource which reflects the characteristics of social relations in the external and internal business.It enables enterprises to get ＂cooperative rent＂ and ＂location＂ in the network of social relations, so can bring competitive advantage to the business. In this paper, in use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the core competence of the enterprise social capital, and come to the con-clusion that enterprises＇ social capital can indeed deliver competitive advantage to eompanies.
