摘 要:在不同浓度NaC l和NaHCO3混合盐胁迫下,研究油葵根系活力、根系生长情况以及根系与地上部分的关系,以探索油葵的抗盐性。实验结果表明:随着盐浓度的升高,根系和地上部分的生长显著降低;根系体积均低于对照,根系活跃吸收面积/总吸收面积比值的变化比较小,根系活力呈现先增后降的趋势。Effects of NaCI and NaHCO3 on root activity and the relation between roots and above ground parts of oil-sunflower were studied under various salt stress, in order to study the specific characteristics of tolerance level of oil -sunflower. The results indicated that with the increasing concentration of these salts:a) compared with CK,the root and above ground parts were decreased;b) root volumes were decreased;c) the ratio change of living absorbance area/total absorbance area were smaller;d) the activities of roots increased significantly and then followed by a significant decrease of activity.
