重型刮板输送机链条张力自动调节系统研究

摘　　要：分析重型刮板输送机链条的运行张力分布情况和计算方法,分析链条悬垂量和张力关系,在此基础上构造了通过监测链条的悬垂量对链条张力进行实时自动调节的控制系统。Analyzes distribution and explains computational method of operating tension on the chain of serape conveyer. Also analyzes the relation between suspension and tension of the chain. Based on this, constructs an automatic monitoring chain-tension control-system. The chain tension is automatically controlled real-time by monitoring the chain suspension.
