摘　　要：为适应煤矿井下水泵、风机、输送机等设备中电动机的软起动和综合保护监控,研究设计了以反并联的三组串联六个大功率晶体管为软开关,其核心是控制器和保护盒组成的软起器。着重介绍工作原理、关键技术及主要特点。该软起动器经井下实际运行表明性能可靠,对负载设备能起到良好的保护作用。A soft-starter with 6 high power transistors series-connected to 3 teams in opposed-parallel is developed, which comprehensively protectively monitors the motors in the equipment including pump, fan and belt conveyor in underground coal mine. The working principle, key technology and main characteristics are mainly expounded. The practical process shows that its performance is steady, and the protective effect for load starting is good.
