摘　　要：为提高继电保护测试水平,防止继电保护及安全自动装置不正确动作,保障电网安全的运行,研究了微机保护测试装置的结构和功能,设计了保护测试装置的软件和硬件。重点介绍整个软件设计思路和编制方法。The hardware and software of a microprocessor relay protecting test equipment are designed, based on study of structure and principle of testing system. The device improves relay testing level, prevents incorrect action of relay protection and automation equipments, and ensures the safe operation of electric network. The design idea rule and programming method of the software are mainly expatiated.
