摘  要:目的探讨血锌和血铅对婴幼儿骨密度的影响。方法随机抽取已排除影响骨代谢性疾病的6~36个月婴幼儿146例,根据婴幼儿骨密度值的百分位数分为低骨密度组(65例)、对照组(81例),同时测定血锌、铅含量,比较2组血锌、铅水平及锌缺乏、铅中毒的发病率。结果低骨密度组血锌平均水平[(60.3±14.2)μmol/L]明显低于对照组[(77.5±12.6)μmol/L],差异非常显著(P〈0.01);血铅平均水平[(0.45±0.12)μmol/L]则高于对照组[(0.33±0.15)μmol/L],差异有显著性(P〈0.05);且锌缺乏、铅中毒的发病率分别为43.1%和38.5%,均较对照组的25.9%和22.2%高(P〈0.05)。结论婴幼儿低骨密度的发生与锌缺乏、铅中毒有关,应做好儿童缺锌、高铅的防治工作,预防低骨密度的发生。Objective To explore the effects of blood zinc and lead on the children's bone mineral density (BMD). Methods One hundred and forty six children aged 6 ~ 36 months without bone metabolism diseases were selected randomly and were measured the BMD with ultrasonic bone density instrument. All the children were divided into a low BMD group of 65 patients and a controlling group of 81 children according to the percentage of the children's BMD value;meanwhile all the children's blood zinc and lead levels were measured. The blood zinc and lead levels and the incidence of low zinc and lead poisoning were compared in these two groups. Results The average blood zinc level[(60. 3±14. 2)μmol/L]of the low BMD group was significantly lower than that of the controlling group[-(77.5±12.6 )μmol/L](P〈0. 01) ,but the average blood lead level[-(0. 45±0.12)μmol/L] of the low BMD group was higher than that of the controlling group [(0. 33±0.15)μmol/L] (P〈0. 05), furthermore the incidence of low zinc(43.1%)and lead poisoning (38.5%) in the low BMD group were higher than that of the controlling group (25.9% and 22.2% respectively)(P〈0.05). Conclusion The occurrence of the children's low BMD is related with zinc deficiency and lead poisoning. We should prevent and treat low BMD in the children with zinc deficiency and high blood lead level.
