摘　　要：将优化的Rough Set综合评价算法属性的同分辨能力数引入到粗糙集评价,增加了评价的客观性,优化了评价算法,对于房地产开发的决策和综合评价有辅助作用。This paper introduces the number of distinguishing ability in optimized measurement method based on rough set to measurement method of rough set, increases the objectivity and improves the measurement method, which is useful in integrated estimating and decision of real estate.
