摘 要:建立了空纤维膜组件逆流分离过程的数学模型,采用五阶 Runge-Kutta 法和 Hooke-Jeeves 模式搜索法求解。考察了中空纤维膜的长度、直径及根数对多组分气体渗透性能的影响。模拟结果表明,在相同的原料气流量及操作条件下,随膜长度、直径及根数的增加,渗透气流量和 CO_2脱除率增大,而渗透侧 CO_2含量降低;膜管内压降随膜长度和直径的增加而增大,随膜根数的增加而减小。在相同的膜总渗透面积下,可以通过改变膜组件参数调节膜的渗透分离性能。Mathematical model for hollow fiber membrane module with countercurrent flow was established and solved with the fifth-order Runge-Kutta method and Hooke-Jeeves algorithm. Effects of length, diameter and element number of hollow fiber membrane on its permeation properties were investigated. When feed gas flow rate and operation conditions were set, increases of length, diameter, element number of hollow fiber membrane would cause increases of permeate flow rate and CO2 removal ratio, while CO2 mole fraction in permeate side would decrease; pressure drop inside hollow fiber membrane increased with increase of its length or diameter, but decreased with increase of hollow fiber element number. Different performance of hollow fiber membrane modules with same effective area could be achieved by adjusting the structure parameters of membrane module.
