摘 要:在从事油田注水的开发和研究过程中,借鉴了国内外先进的注水技术,并结合国内泵站运行和注水管网的实际状况,提出了先进的超级泵控泵(Super Pump Control Pump,简称SPCP)技术原理,即压流双控自动注水泵站装置系统。该系统利用双置增压泵,通过变频调速器和控制柜控制增压泵的出口压力,进而控制注水泵的出口流量,以达到压力、流量双控的目的。该技术是对泵控泵(PCP)技术的改进和完善,采用它实现油田自动化注水,并提高注水效率。Water injection is the most basic technology of stable production in the oil field.There is no crude oil yield without water injection, especially in the middle and latter half of oilfield development.Having been engaged in the oilfield water injection development and research,the advanced SPCP theory, Baric-flow double controlled the automation injection pump- ing station installment system has been proposed on the basis of absorbing domestic and foreign vanguard technology and considering domestic status of pumping station and water injection network.This system utilizes two-home booster pump through the frequency control and the export control booster pump pressure and thus controls the export flow of water injection pump to pressure,controlling the flow of dual-purpose.This technology is to improve and perfect the PCP technology, bringing about the automation of oilfield water injection to raise the efficiency of water injection.
