腓骨坚强固定、胫骨有限固定结合骨髓移植治疗胫骨远端骨折

摘　　要：探讨腓骨坚强固定、胫骨有限内固定结合骨髓移植治疗胫骨远断骨折的疗效。回顾性的研究了胫骨远端C型骨折合并腓骨下段骨折55例，治疗上均采用腓骨坚强固定（钢板螺丝钉）、胫骨克氏针有限内固定，同时自体髂骨和或自体骨髓移植到胫骨骨折端，手术后定期行X片检查。手术后两年优良率为82％。结论腓骨坚强周定、胫骨克氏针有限内固定结合自体骨髓移植治疗胫骨远断C型骨折的效果好，感染几率小，皮肤坏死率低，骨折愈合率高。Aim Researching the curative effect of using the strongly Fibula fixation and limited tibia internal fixation combing with bone marrow to treat the newly--fiactured lower sector of the shankbone. Method A retrospective study of 55 patients with lower sector fracture of the shankbone （type is C） and lower sector fracture of fibula had be taken To the curation, we all had used strongly fixation to fibula （Steel plate and screws）and limited internal fixation （Gangzhen） to labia, At the same time, we transplanted autologous iliac and or autologous marrow to the Site of tibia fracture. The X--ray film will be regularly taken for one time in each month.Result： the Excellent rote in two years is 82%. Conclusion： the strongly Fibula fixation and limited tibia internal fixation combing with bone marrow to treat the newly-fiactured lower sector of the shankbone have good effect, small prevalence, low rate of skin necrosis, high rote of fracture healing.
