关于大直径焊接钢管生产的探讨

摘　　要：简要介绍了大直径螺旋焊管和直缝焊管的各种成型工艺特点，分析了生产所需的外部条件。提出在我国新建大直径直缝焊管机组时，从投资省、见效快的目的出发，宜优先引进RBE或“C”成型工艺技术和关键设备，以及在鞍钢应新建RBE大直径直缝焊管机组。This paper briefly introduces the characteristics of various fordring technologies of large-diameter spiral welded pipe and butt welded pipe, analyzes the external conditions required by production, and puts forward the suggestion that if large-diameter butt welded pipe welder will be built in our country, we should preferably import RBE or 'C' forming technology and key equipment from the view of saving investment and rapidly achieving benefit, and that RBE large-diameter butt welded pipe welding unit should be built in Anshan Iron and Steel Corporation.
