摘　　要：古代蒙古族在千年的历史中形成了法制与宗教相结合的司法体制,具有明显的草原气息与帝国情结,是文化冲突与融合的产物,培养了民族自己的法律思维方式与特有的法律内容,体现了法制道德化的特点;是生成中的民族心理在法制文化的思维沉淀;是民族性格的法制塑造。Ancient Mongolian nationality had formed the judicial system which the legal system and religion had unified in the millennium history, which had the obvious grassland characteristic and empire complex, which was the product of cultural conflict and fusion, which had trained the national own law thinking mode and unique legal content, which reflected the characteristics of legal system that was moralized; which was the national psychology that had been generating, it was thinking precipitation in the legal culture; which was national character that was shaped by the legal system.
