摘  要:探讨了一种新型的燃烧合成ZrN的工艺,该工艺的特点是用ZrH2作原料,在低压氮气下进行ZrN的燃烧合成。并讨论了其脱氢氮化机理,探索了产物相稀释剂对合成过程、产物相及产物形貌的影响。结果表明:在低压氮气下,用ZrH2燃烧合成ZrN的工艺是可行的。当产物相稀释剂的添加量为20%~25%,粒度与原料粒度接近时,其转化率最高,且颗粒的形貌合成前后没有改变。A new type of combustion process for the synthesis of ZrN has been developed The ZrN was sythesized under a low pressure of nitrogen, using ZrH2 as starting material instead of pure Zr or ZrO2 The effects of diluent on the combustion process, products, and particle morphology are studied in detail The mechanisms of dehydrogenation and nitridation are also discussed When the amount of diluent is in the range of 20% to 25% and the particle size of the diluent is approximately equal to that of primary ZrH2 powder, the conversion ratio of ZrH2 to ZrN is the highest Using this new type of combustion process to synthesize ZrN, the amount of diluent can be reduced by 25% and the ZrN particles retain the same morphology and lamellar structure as the ZrH2 particles
