摘  要:膨大素可增加葡萄的座果率,促进果实膨大,提高品质和产量,但其作用的机理尚未完全清楚。本试验以京亚品种为试材,研究了膨大素对葡萄座果及果实膨大的影响机制。葡萄盛花后15d天进行膨大素处理,5d处理1次,处理浓度为10mg·L-1,时间为10s;处理后3、5、7、10、13d,采用HPLC法测定果实内源激素的含量变化。结果表明,膨大素处理使果实生长前期赤霉素含量增加,使果实整个生长期内CTK及IAA含量增加,并使CTK峰值提前出现,使果实成熟期的ABA含量增加。CPPU treatment can increase fruit-setting rate, promote fruit swelling, and improve quality and yield, however, the mechanism of its role is not yet fully clear. Based on two grape varieties JingTa as experimental materials, the mechanism of CPPU on fruit-setting rate and fruit swelling were studied. After flowering for 15 d, CPPU treatment was processed by 10 s every 5 d. Concentration of CPPU treatment was 10 mg·L^-1. The results showed that the treatments of CPPU raised GA3 content in early stages, and raised CTK and IAA content in the whole period, raised ABA content in maturity stage.
