摘　　要：本文从吸收借鉴资产阶级经济理论中的科学成分、吸收借鉴现代资本主义国家所实行的经济政策和经济立法中的有益成分、吸收借鉴世界各国在建立和完善市场经济体制过程中积累起来的一切有价值的好经验、好做法等方面,详细论述邓小平关于如何吸收和借鉴西方资本主义国家管理市场经济的经验和做法,以及在吸收和借鉴过程中所必须坚持的正确原则。The market economy is a common wealth of human society as an effective means of pro- duetivity developed over 300 years in western developed countries which have accumulated rich experience in managing the market economy. The experiences are extremely important references to improving and promoting. China＇s socialist market economy. The paper discussed in detail how to learn experiences and practices from Western capitalist countries in the management of the market economy and how to stick to the correct principles in the absorption process.
