Classification and Ordination of the Wetland Plant Communities in the Jiansanjiang Farming Bureau,the Sanjiang Plain

摘  要:采用双指示种分析(Two Way Indicators Species Analysis,TWINSPAN)和除趋势对应分析(Detrended Corre-spondence Analysis,DCA)方法,对位于三江平原的建三江农垦分局内的湿地植物群落的数据进行群落数量分类和排序。调查的86个样地中共发现49科133属226个物种;TWINSPAN将样地划分为8种群丛,将优势物种划分为8组,分类结果可以在DCA排序图上很好地反映出来,且优势物种的分布格局很大程度上决定了群丛的分布格局;DCA的前两个排序轴提供了23.5%的信息量,其中第一排序轴提供了14.5%的信息量,主要反映出样地水分条件的变化;样地的排序结果反映了植物群落类型与环境因子之间的关系。To assess and characterize wetland vegetation and to find its relationship to environmental attributes in the Sanjiang Plain, the Jiansanjiang Fanning Bureau, which is located in the northeastern interior of the Sanjiang Plain, was selected. A total of 86 phytosociological samples, each including 3 open - water pools, marshes and wet meadows, moreover, some tion and environmental characteristics were investigated in these quadrats , were surveyed from grass fields in the Sanjiang Plain. The vegetaquadrats. The plant sub - communities were defined using techniques of numerical classification ( two - way indicator species analysis, TWINSPAN) and ordination (detrended correspondence analysis, DCA). Species with important value bigger than 10 were classified into eight groups and samples were divided into eight plant associations using TWINSPAN. The difference between each of the eight plant associations on the aboveground biomass, stem density, diversity index, and dominant index were significant ( ANOVA, n = 7 ,p = 0.000). Also, mental factors of these associations such as water significant differences were found among the environdepth, soil pH, soil organic content, and total nitrogen were also different significantly (ANOVA, n = 7 ,p 〈0.01 ), while total phosphorous excluded. The results of TWINS-PAN were represented well upon the DCA ordination diagrams. The species in the same groups or the samples in the same associations showed a similar distribution in the diagrams. The first and the second DCA axis together explained 23.5% of the variation in the species and sample data. The low information of the DCA axis and the dispersed pattern of the species and samples responded to the significant differences among the environmental factors of these wetland plant communities dominated by herbs, as well as to the community structure with outstanding dominant species and a few common species.
