摘　　要：在需求分析的基础上,根据数据库设计的原则,设计了期刊稿件管理系统的数据库.利用ADO.NET数据库连接技术和.NET的Web Form技术,设计实现了包括投稿管理、专家审稿、管理员维护三大模块的期刊稿件管理系统,给出了实现系统的关键技术.该系统实现了在线投稿、在线查询稿件状态、自动筛选审稿专家等功能,在同类期刊编辑部中具有较好的推广应用价值.Based on the needs analysis and the principles of database design, the database structure is designed. The contribution management and the expert review and the maintenance manager modules of the journal contribution management system which is based on ADO.NET connections and .NET＇s Web Form technology is implemented and the key of technology is given. The practice proves that this system can realize the automation of some editorial works and it is useful in the similar editorial departments.
