独立学院可持续发展的几点思考

摘　　要：独立学院经过近几年的"规模超常发展",实现了"做大"的历史性跨越。独立学院要实现可持续发展,在"做大"的同时,还必须进一步"做强"。独立学院"做强"的核心是要大力加强教学工作,切实提高教学质量。在分析影响独立学院教学质量主要因素的基础上,从办学目标定位、专业建设、课程改革、教学基本建设等方面探讨了独立学院如何实现从"做大"到"做强"的新跨越。the independent college reached the historical period of expansion due to years of rapid development. Herewith, the independent College must strengthen the construction of itself to improve the teaching system and its quality for sustainable developing and protruding its special features. This paper offers tentative approaches to the method of this reform based on the analysis of the main factors which influence the quality of education, i.e. the aspect of cultivation target, specialty construction, curriculum revolution, fundamental construction and teaching administration.
