摘　　要：目的对某院灭菌前消毒包进行监控,以保证消毒灭菌效果。方法2007年,依据《消毒技术规范》中对灭菌前物品的要求,抽查全院灭菌前消毒包729个,从清洗质量、包外指示带、包内指示卡、外包装、包内物品放置5方面进行开包检查。结果有35.39%的消毒包在灭菌前存在各种问题。通过督查与反馈,灭菌前消毒包检查合格率由1月份的40.31%上升至12月份的85.37%。结论行为的改变需要质量监控部门运用PDCA循环管理程序,不断计划、实施、反馈、评价。Objective To monitor disinfection package prior to sterilization process, so as to guarantee the effectiveness of disinfection and sterilization. Methods According to requirement in ＂Disinfection technique standard＂ Open-package examinations of 729 disinfection packages were performed in central supply room, including cleaning quality, package description strap, in-package description card, external condition and internal condition. Results 35.39% of packages had problems in above aspects. After monitoring and feedback, the qualification rate of package before disinfection rose from 40. 31% in January to 85.37% in December. Conclusion Behavior change requires involvement of quality control department. PDCA recycle management software can be continuously used for planning, implementation, feedback and evaluation.
