摘 要:采用聚合物共混技术研制了聚碳酸酯+聚四氟乙烯,聚碳酸酯+聚四氟乙烯+聚苯硫醚这2类聚合物合金,并对它们的摩擦学特性进行了试验研究,用扫描电子显微镜对其磨屑和磨损表面作了观察,对聚合物合金的磨损机理进行了探讨.结果表明:随着聚四氟乙烯质量分数的增大,二元聚合物合金的摩擦因数和磨损质量损失都明显降低,当聚四氟乙烯的质量分数高于15%后,其摩擦学性能趋于稳定;聚苯硫醚的质量分数增大对三元聚合物合金摩擦磨损的影响是先增大后减小,当聚四氟乙烯的质量分数达到30%时具有减摩抗磨作用.聚四氟乙烯和聚苯硫醚的不同作用机理决定了2类聚合物合金不同的摩擦学行为:聚四氟乙烯是在摩擦表面形成低剪切强度的转移膜,而聚苯硫醚是由于本身良好的摩擦学性能及其改善聚碳酸酯与聚四氟乙烯的相容性起到改善材料摩擦学性能的作用,这2类合金的磨损机理主要都是粘着和疲劳.The tribological properties of PC/PTFE,PC/PTFE/PPS polymer alloys made by using blending technique were studied. The wear debris and the frictional surfaces of these materials were examined by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),then the friction and wear mechanisms of the polymer alloys were discussed. Results showed that the friction factor and wear of PC/PTFE decreased obviously when the content of PTFE increased. At a content of PTFE above 15%(in mass fraction),the tribological properties keep almost unchanged. The friction factor and wear of PC/PTFE/PPS increased with increasing content of PPS at first, and decreased later. The inclusion of PPS in PC/PTFE matrix with proper content(30%) reduced the friction factor and wear mass loss. Differences of the friction and wear behaviors between PC/PTFE and PC/PTFE/PPS depend on the action mechanisms of PTFE and PPS. PTFE promoted the transfer films with low shear strength to form on the counterface, whereas PPS with excellent tribological properties improved the compatibility of PC and PTFE, therefore resulted in the improvements in the tribological behaviors. The main wear mechanisms of these polymer alloys are adhesive and fatigue wear.
