摘 要:采用不同剂量60Coγ射线照射两名正常人外周血淋巴细胞后,应用荧光原位杂交(FISH)技术检测染色体易位率,并拟合出剂量效应关系曲线为:Y=0.01316+0.07569D+0.01583D2。通过盲法对实验结果验证,验证结果表明拟合的曲线可用于剂量重建。FISH技术用来检测染色体稳定性畸变,既快速又准确,适合于染色体易位的检测,有望成为剂量重建的理想技术方法。To establish a dose-response relationship between stable chromosome aberration and radiation dose by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Translocation frequencies in peripheral blood lymphocytes induced by 6o Coγ-ray at different doses were analyzed by FISH with WCP whole chromosome specific probes for human chromosomes 1, 2 and 4# , and its dose-response curve was fitted. The dose-response formula fitted with translocation frequencies is Y = 0. 01316 + 0. 07569D + 0. 01583D2. After checked by unknown sampies. The formula is certified that it could be used to reestablish dose. Chromosome translocation can be quickly analyzed by FISH and it is hopeful to use translocation frequencies measured by FISH as a dose-response curve re-established biological dosimeter.
