摘　　要：目的:提高对新生儿肺透明膜病的X线影像学诊断的认识。材料与方法:选择临床确诊,X线表现典型37例进行分析。结果:胸片显示的网状、颗粒状影、两肺野透亮度减低和支气管充气征为本病的主X线征象。结论:X线检查对本病的诊断、预后及发现并发症具有重要的价值。Purpose： To improve recognition of imaging diagnosis for hyaline membrane in newborn of X - ray exaxnination. Materials and Methods： To investigate 37 cases of disease which clinical was confimed and has typical roentgenographic findings. Resuits： The major radiographic signs of chest roentgenograplfic findings in this disease are granular, reticulonodular, decrease lucency of lungs and air bronchgram. Conclusion： Combination of X- ray examination, processes important value to diagnosis this disease.
